What do you do when your hair are super oily and you have no time to wash them? Lets be frank, there are times when those long tresses (damn you people with short hair, lucky buggers) take foreverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr to dry and then some! Specially when its winter time, even the hair dryer doesn’t help! Worse, if you have hair like mine, I need to wash them everyday to get them looking as awesome as they do. And the one thing I cannot do is wash them everyday, why? For the fear of going bald!I probably have a oil factory for brains, come to think of it. Sad.
But, coming back to oily horrible hair, what do you do? Put on a band? I hate them things, they make me look like a nerdier version of myself. The look I decided to bury when I left school. Tie them in a bun? I do that, but it gets cold when you tie a top knot bun and get out on a windy day. Summers, yes, but a simple bun makes its monotonous!
Well, voila! I came up with the perfect solution. Now, this is me revealing my deep dark secrets so pay attention and don’t scrunch that nose. The solution? Braid them! The front hair braids are the prettiest things ever. And yes, I am talking like a complete girl here, but hey! One is allowed.
Now now, it seems difficult, I know. I took Youtube classes to get my groove on. There were a number of hits and misses, but finally after non stop braid learning classes (youtube-ing everything from “braid diva” to “raid the braid”) I picked up on it. And hey, its in VOGUE! *confetti*
So all those girls/women/men who have insanely long hair (you people make me cringe with jealously) and face the issue of oily front hair.. braid em!
Until later my lovelies!
Peace out.
xo
P.S. Start out simple, the waterfall braids and the likes take time. I am still learning! :p
